January 24th, Sunday > 3rd Annual LATTE PEACE FESTIVAL held at the TA-TU-HA Park in Tamuning .. Ms. Therese Quichocho, Liaison for Mayor Louise Rivera / Asst Mayor Kenneth Santos, welcomed and greeted Members .. Juanita Peredo, Ewy Taitano, Patti Quichocho, Annie Pineda, Dr. Matilda N Rivera .. for the STORYTELLING and SINGING session presented to the general audience.  Lunch was provided by Selle's.  The event was recorded to be shown in Japan.  A copy will be made available for GINEN I HILA'.

February 6th, 2016 Saturday >> 8th Annual LUNAR FESTIVAL 🌖 🎶👪 .. will be held at the Sagan Kotturan Chamoru (Chamoru Cultural Center), Ipao Point .. 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Parking at the Sagan Kotturan Chamorro is limited. 

Alternate parking will be at Nanbo parking lot across from Oka Payless Supermarket (8:00 a.m. start) and Ipao Beach Park (GVB side bus stop (8:10 start)). A shuttle service by Turtle Tours will run every 15 minutes from those sites to the entrance of the festival. 

The Red Guahan Line will also be available from the hotels and the GVB bus stop to the entrance of the festival. 

The event is free and open to the general public.

Please join us for our Ginen i Hila Association/PIBBA STORYTELLING during the LATTE PEACE FESTIVAL tomorrow, January 24, 2016 at the TATUHA Park in Tamuning from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., park-side by the Tamuning Fire Station. 

An invitation was extended by Mayor Louise Rivera to celebrate this 3rd annual event co-sponsored by the Mayors' Council of Guam, CDofA, ICofAforP, and other community partners. 

"The LATTE STONE symbolic to the foundations of homes in the past and today it represents the culture we want to embrace .. and peace .. all over the world" --- Mayor Louise Rivera.

Joey Leon Guerrero, Juanita Peredo, Frances Blanco, Ann Rivera, Ewy Taitano, Dr. Matilda Naputi Rivera, Annie Pineda, David Gofigan, Patti Quichocho, Toni Calvo (and granddaughter Mia) and Benit Lizama ..... Ms. Maria Perez, GMH Public Relations, met and guided the group to the 3rd floor and 4th floor wards.  

12/25/2015 Thursday > CHRISTMAS DAY ...Day for Family and Friends to share in this Blessed Occasion … We hoped all of you celebrated in ways that brought Peace, Love and Joy to everyone.
